Produce Updates
March 2 (2017)
Of Interest:
New Season oranges and mandarins are about 4 – 6 weeks away. The Stone fruit season is coming to an unfortunate end. There has been a lot of rain in North Queensland which has affected the supply of Bananas, avocados and some tropical fruit has also been affected. Vegetable Supply is still very light and prices are very high. Lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli and cucumbers have been the hardest hit, tomatoes are expected to firm up. We are hoping for some relief with the rain and cooler temperatures towards the end of the week.
