Not a lot of change to the supply of fruit this week, steady supply of local strawberries will mean the prices will ease a little over the coming weeks. Herbs are very short in supply due to the cold weather. Tomatoes are very short in supply, prices are high and they are coming in unripe, we are doing our best to ripen them in house. Cauliflower supply is light this week and prices will firm up, as will the prices of continental cucumbers, the cold nights have slowed growing down.
